Equal rights means that women have the same rights as men such as they should be able to do the same job and get paid the same amount.
Do you believe if a man and a woman are both working in a factory but the men have to lift heavier objects they should be paid equally?
One reason is that even though the men are lifting heavier objects the women still do hard work.
If you believe that they should be paid equally what other reasons why you think this?

One reason is that the heavier object can cause damage to the body so they should be paid more for that.

Even though women are treated equally and do the same work as men but why do some things have not changed such as age and money? Explain your thoughts.

ResponderEliminarWe think both should to be paid equally, because it not necasarially woman have a job like lift heavier objects may be she could to work in a office and do another kind of things that it cause a mental exhaustion and psysical wear. Both arrive to their house stressed, tired. Also they have differents and importants skill, for example the women could be better than the men working in the computer or office working. Concluding, they should be paid equally, depends on theirs skills,knowledge and performance in the job.

Man and woman have the capacity for work in the same job because both are intelligent and are be able to do hard work, but the man is stronger than a woman and he can lift heavier objects. Man and woman must be paid equally because women are optimistic, responsable, have great ideas and never give up. Although woman is as not strong as man, she can do impresionants things with her brain and almost always the woman is who implements most things for everything work well.
We think a men needs to a woman like woman needs to a men :)

We think that the work has to be paid according to his capacities of every person, it doesn't important the sex because of it own works exist for the men, there are works for both and have to be equal full. And there are works only exclusively for women. For this reason the people don't have to be discriminated if they are stong or weak person doesn't matter because all the people is equal.
In my opinion, it's true that the men have jobs that need more labor, but at the same time, i guess the woman can do this activities too.
ResponderEliminarthis difference is too marked because the woman are called to as the weaker sex, but that's really true?, we need to think in the past, and see the present, and realize, that the "weaker sex" have changed, and now, we can do everything, that we want, just need be respected, not just for the men, we need be respected for ourselves.

They must pay as equal than men they are working the same hours and both of them can use machinery to grab havy things. Any job may involved men or women because they have the same capacity. It doesn't matter if it is " Men's jobs " or vice versa.

We should have equal right so we should get paid the same. When we talk about lifting heavy objects, we automatically think ¨that's for men¨. That thought is true because the women don´t have the same force as men do. The women are not able to do things like lifting heavy objects if we dont have the same force. Man are stronger. Their complaxion is bigger than women. Men need more calories in a day than women so is reasonable that they will produce more energy and they will be more stronger than women. Now is not women's decision to be more delicate than man so we women should get paid the same. I don't thing the force or lifting heavy objects are arguments to get paid less than men. Equal rights is something we have to respect.

Because the men are strong physically by nature, so they can lift heavier objects easily and the woman is strong in other ways and she can do other works and for that reason men a woman should be paid and treated equally because is good for the society and for the new generations the equality between men and women.
